Srinagar, January 25:-Headlines Today has extended warm congratulations to eminent writer, poet, critic, translator, intellectual and educationist Professor Shafii Shauq on his selection for the prestigious Padma Shri Award, terming it a proud moment for Jammu and Kashmir’s literary and cultural heritage.
