Kreeri, Dec 16 : The Editor-in-Chief, Daily Headlines Today, has extended heartfelt congratulations to eminent litterateur and former Director General of Prasar Bharati, Dr. Rafiq Masoodi, on being honoured with the prestigious JP International Award for his outstanding contribution to literature.
