Business Community Assembles as Lateef Ahmad Ganie Takes Oath for Second Term

Langate,Dec,02:The oath-taking ceremony of the newly re-elected President of the Shopkeepers and Traders Union Langate was held today at the Municipal Town Hall, Langate. The event was marked by significant participation from traders, business community members, Tehsildar Langate, Police Choki Officer, BMO, AEE PDD, Cooperative Bank Manager, Ex-Municipal Committee Chairman Shahnawaz Abdullah, Executive Officer Municipal Committee Langate, civil society representatives and members of the transport fraternity from across the Tehsil Langate. 

 

During the ceremony, Lateef Ahmad Ganie, Owner of A-One Modern Bakery and re-elected President of the Union, reaffirmed his commitment to work tirelessly for the welfare of the trading community. He assured that all trade-related issues would be taken up on priority and highlighted that the interests of the traders will always remain his foremost concern. He further stressed on maintaining close coordination with the Tehsil administration, civil departments and police for the overall betterment of the trade sector in Langate.

 

The event also witnessed the presence of representatives from the Handwara Traders Federation, including its President, General Secretary and senior traders from the Handwara market.

 

On this occasion, President Ganie announced the new portfolios of the Trade Body Langate, including appointments of the General Secretary, Vice President, Spokesperson, Treasurer and Ward Representatives. He expressed gratitude to the civil and police administration for gracing the oath ceremony and appreciated the Election Body of the Trade Union Langate for their dedicated efforts in conducting smooth and transparent elections.

 

The ceremony concluded with renewed enthusiasm among traders, who expressed hope that the re-elected leadership will continue to strengthen trade and business activities in Langate.
