Three days Kisan Sampark Abhiyan concludes in Langate

Langate,Apr, 27: The three day Farmer Orientation Programme 'Kisan Sampark Abhiyan' under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) started on April 24 concluded successfully  in panchayat block of Guloora in Langate area. 

During the three day orientation training cum awareness camps the villagers turned up in large numbers and showed keen interest in learning about the projects of HADP and other Centrally Sponsored Schemes. 

Audiovisual (AVs) aids were used in disseminating the information at the grassroots level about various government sponsored schemes meant for the welfare of the farmers associated with Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Sheep Husbandry, Horticulture, Apiculture, Pisciculture, Sericulture etc.

People were made aware regarding the schemes in vogue in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Sericulture, Sheep Husbandry, Fisheries and Horticulture.

The Subject Matter Specialists from Agriculture and allied departments briefed the farmers regarding the schemes.

Thread bare discussions and Question Answer sessions were held during interaction sessions of every day in said  panchayat block. 

Informative booklets in English Urdu and Hindi regarding the schemes of HADP were also distributed among the participants.

Moreover, farmers were also made aware about Daksh Kisan (online learning portal for skill development) and Kisan Sathi (IT Dashboard) portal regarding the digitisation of various services/ schemes.

AD/ fisheries Kupwara had kick started the campaign at Guloora Panchayat on April 24 in presence of Nodel officer Dr.Mukther  Agricultural extinction officer zone Langate.

Meanwhile Tanveer Ahmad,JAEO Ab Wahid Khan,BDC chairman Langate Showkat Hussain Pandith, Sarpanch Guloora Mohd Sultan and other PRI members and other employees of the departments of Agriculture, Horticulture and Animal Husbandry also participated in programme. 

 BDC Chairman Langate Showkat Hussain Pandith appreciated the various stakeholders department for successfully culminating the 3 days of Farmer Orientation Programme 'Kisan Sampark Abhiyan' under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) across many panchayats of block Langate.
