New Delhi Oct 31st : Syed Ghulam Mohiuddin Andrabi of Kreeri participated in the 72nd Annual General Body Meeting of the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), held at its headquarters in New Delhi, marking a proud moment for the region.
