West Bengal Jeweller Found Dead in Srinagar’s Hari Singh High Street

Srinagar, June 19: A 30-year-old man from West Bengal, identified as Pallab Maji, was found unconscious at Hari Singh High Street in Srinagar on Thursday and was later declared dead at SMHS Hospital, officials said.

According to officials, Maji, son of Manto Maji and a resident of Howrah, West Bengal, had been living and working as a jeweller in the Hari Singh High Street area. He was rushed to SMHS Hospital after being found unconscious but was pronounced dead on arrival by the doctors.

Authorities have initiated necessary legal proceedings into the incident and are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death. (CNS)
