Kruhen Cultural Forum Mourns Demise of Bilqees Maqbool

Baramulla, Jul 2: Kruhen Cultural Forum (KCF), Kreeri Muradabad, has expressed profound grief over the demise of Bilqees Maqbool of Delina, Baramulla, who passed away after a prolonged illness. She was the cousin sister of the Forum's former General Secretary, noted poet, writer and social figure Syed Sarwar Hashmi.
In a joint condolence message, KCF President Syed Shamim Ahmad Shamim and General Secretary Syed Sharief Hussain Qadri conveyed their heartfelt sympathies to Syed Sarwar Hashmi in particular and the deceased's son Agha Syed Lutfulla Kazmi, her daughter and brothers namely Barkat Ali, Sajad Maqbool and Irshad Maqbool.
They prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul, seeking Almighty Allah's forgiveness and mercy upon the deceased, a place for her in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and strength and patience for the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
The Forum said it stands in complete solidarity with the bereaved family during this hour of grief and continues to pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul and fortitude for the family members.
According to the statement, the Rasm-e-Chaharum (fourth-day funeral prayers) will be observed on July 5 (Sunday) at Delina in Baramulla.
