Ranchi:25 Sep 26:- Shri Subeer Paull, National President of the **Indian Chambers of Commerce for SC, ST and Women Entrepreneurs, New Delhi**, met the Hon’ble Governor of Jharkhand, **Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar**, and held discussions on promoting entrepreneurship among students and youth across the state.
During the meeting, Shri Subeer Paull discussed the proposal to organise an **Entrepreneurship Motivation Programme in universities across Jharkhand** as part of the broader vision of **Viksit Bharat @2047**.
The proposed programme aims to create awareness among university students about **entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, self-employment, government schemes, financial assistance, skill development and emerging business opportunities**.
Shri Subeer Paull highlighted the importance of encouraging young people to become **job creators as well as job seekers**. He emphasised that universities can play a significant role in developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem by connecting students with industry, successful entrepreneurs, financial institutions, government agencies and mentorship networks.
The initiative is also proposed to give special attention to **SC, ST and women entrepreneurs**, with the objective of creating greater awareness about opportunities, support mechanisms and entrepreneurship development programmes available to them.
The discussion also focused on strengthening collaboration between **universities, industry, government institutions and entrepreneurship organisations** so that students can receive practical exposure, mentorship and guidance for developing sustainable enterprises.
Shri Subeer Paull stated that the active participation of young people will be an important component of the **Viksit Bharat @2047** vision and that promoting entrepreneurship at the university level can contribute to innovation, employment generation and economic development.
The meeting marked an important step towards exploring a structured entrepreneurship motivation initiative for students across Jharkhand’s higher-education institutions.
