Kreeri: Kruhen Cultural Forum Kreeri has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of noted broadcaster and respected media personality Abdul Ahad Farhaad, terming his passing as a great loss to the world of broadcasting and cultural expression.
In a condolence message issued here, the Forum said that the demise of Abdul Ahad Farhaad has left an irreparable void in society. It noted that Farhaad Sahib was widely admired for his dedication, professionalism and distinctive voice, which earned him respect across generations. His invaluable contributions to media and his lifelong commitment to meaningful and responsible communication will always be remembered.
All members of the Kruhen Cultural Forum, in general, and President of the Forum, Syed Shamim Ahmad Shamim, in particular, expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and relatives. They prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and for patience, courage and strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
Paying rich tributes, President Syed Shamim Ahmad Shamim said that Abdul Ahad Farhaad was not only a seasoned broadcaster but also a noble human being whose work and values left a lasting impact on society. “His voice and words carried depth, sincerity and inspiration, and they will continue to live on in the hearts of those who admired his work,” he said.
The Forum observed that the demise of such a towering personality has cast a pall of gloom over cultural and media circles, particularly among those closely associated with the field of broadcasting.
The Kruhen Cultural Forum reiterated its solidarity with the bereaved family in this hour of grief and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul.
