Jammu, Feb 11: In a significant cultural event, M. Jackson Cultural Institute and Society, in collaboration with the Jammu Civil Society for Art and Culture, organised a distinguished felicitation ceremony in Jammu to honour Jenab Rafiq Masoodi Sahib, a highly respected scholar and cultural icon of the subcontinent.
