Burglars loot two shops in north Kashmir’s Bandipora

Bandipora, 11 March: Burglars looted two shops during the intervening night of Thursday and Friday and decamped with goods worth lakhs in Bandipora town of north Kashmir.
Reports said that the burglars looted two shops and broke the locks of 05 more shops in the main market.
Locals found the locks of the shops open during wee hours and accordingly the owners of the shops informed the police.
The frequent burglaries have triggered panic among shopkeepers in the town.
Meanwhile, shopkeepers urged police to step in and nab the burglars, and the stolen goods from them.
A police official said that a case has been registered in this regard and started a manhunt to nab the robbers.
