Blood donation camp held at District Hospital Bandipora

Bandipora, 07 Feb: District Hospital Bandipora organised one day blood donation camp in collaboration with Youth volunteers of Bandipora and IDPS School Bandipora.

On the occasion Mohd. Rafiq Wani chairman Youth Volunteers highlighted the importance of blood donation as a noble cause. More than 20 points were donated by the volunteers of Bandipora.

The Team of doctors assured the members of youth volunteers that their blood will be served to save poor and needy persons life. Doctors and paramedic staff also expressed satisfaction over the response and interest shown by volunteers in donating blood.

A volunteer of Kaloosa area of Bandipora said he feels happy in donating blood and expressed his will to keep donating in life as if it serves or saves someone’s life.

Chairman IDPS and Chairman Youth Volunteers said that it was a great event, and they are very much happy and hoped that in near future they will continue to organise these events with the support of District administration Bandipora.

 

They thanked all who participated in this mega blood donation camp.
