*Resolve issues confronting youth; revoke order withdrawing PSC, JKSSB posts: JDU urges LG*

*Srinagar, Feb 06:* Janata Dal-United JD(U) State President, GM Shaheen today urged Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha to resolve the issues confronting unemployed youth than to compound their problems.

Shaheen also appealed to the LG to revoke the decision of withdrawing PSU and JKSSB posts advertised before October 10, 2019, for the larger interests of the youth of Jammu and Kashmir.

K Lalotra President (SC) Jammu Province and Rahul Sharma President Nagrota in anoint statement issued here said the recent order of withdrawing PSU and JKSSB posts is unjustified and against the interests of the youth.

The leaders said such orders discourage the educated unemployed youth from being purely anti-youth. 

"The educated youth move from pillar to post in search of jobs. But the government is busy issuing orders and amending laws," the statement reads.

They also said the youth have spent a huge amount on filling application forms and have been waiting for the last two years with the hope of getting selected.

"The JKSSB, PSC has collected a large amount of money from eligible aspirants on account of fee registration etc. The Parents of students have borrowed educational loans from the banks with the hope to refund the same after their children get employment," they added.

They requested Lieutenant Governor to personally look into the matter and consider the revocation of anti-youth orders.
