Jammu Football Association Plans Elections for All Districts in Jammu Province

Jammu Football Association Plans Elections for All Districts in Jammu Province JAMMU: The Executive and Direct members of J&K Football Association (JKFA) held a meeting today under the Chairmanship of Surinder Singh Bunty, Treasurer JKFA, to discuss strategy modalities for the pending elections of all districts of Jammu Province. The J&K Sports Council has authorized the JKFA to conduct the elections of all DFA's across J&K UT. The meeting discussed the need for the earliest elections of the District bodies of Jammu Province to streamline the activities of football at the grassroots level. S. Kuldeep Singh, Senior Vice President JKFA Jammu Zone, has been authorized as Incharge of the Committee to conduct the pending elections of all DFA's of Jammu Province. After the completion of all DFA's elections, AIFF and J&K Sports Council will be requested to depute representatives/observers for the smooth conduct of the elections of the General Body of JKFA. Prominent members from all districts of Jammu Province attended the meeting to discuss the necessary actions to streamline the activities of football across the UT of J&K. (GNS)
