 5 CRPF Men Injured In Udhampur Road Accident UDHAMPUR: The collision between a truck and a CRPF vehicle on Wednesday left five Para-military personnel including four officers injured on the Jammu-Udhampur highway. As per official reports, there was a head-on collision between a speeding private truck bearing number PB06B-7355 and a CRPF vehicle bearing number JK02BN-6560 near the Mand Takri area of Udhampur district of Jammu region. Four CRPF Sub-Inspectors and a trooper sustained injuries. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Four injured officials were identified Assistant Sub Inspectors as Brij Lal, Raj Kumar, Ramesh Kumar and Govind Raj and Selection Grade Constable Ashok Kumar. Both the vehicles suffered damage, however, the truck driver was unhurt. Police seized the truck and arrested the driver for alleged rash driving. (KNT)
