                <title>Two Burglars Booked Under PSA In Baramulla</title>

                        <![CDATA[BUDGAM: After registering 14 cases against two notorious thieves from North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, police finally booked them under Public Safety Act and shifted them to Kot Balwal Jail, Jammu.
  
Two habitual offenders, infamous for breaking into the houses and shops were arrested by Budgam police, and after seeking permission from the authorities, both were detained under Public Safety Act for their unrelenting criminal acts of burglary.
 Budgam police identified the duo as Azad Mukhtar Hajam of Hanjiveera Khushbahar Colony Pattan and Altaf Dar, a resident of Hanjiveera  Colony of Pattan town.
 
A police spokesman said that at least 14 FIRs had been registered against the duo, eight at police station Pattan and six FIRs at police station Magam. (KNT)

                <title>BURGLARY CASE SOLVED:  Two Burglars Arrested in Mirgund Pattan</title>

                        <![CDATA[SRINAGAR: Police Post Mirgund received a complaint from Harjeet Singh Project Manager, A-Z Services stating that during the intervening night of 13-14 March 2023, some unknown burglars broke open the lock of the storeroom and stole hightension transmission line &amp; Red material 33000 KV element.

Following which Police Station Pattan registered FIR  under relevant sections of law after which the investigation started.

During the course of investigation of the case with the help of technical and human resources, names of some suspects have come to surface and identified as Fida Hussain Khanday son of Gh. Mohammad Khanday, resident of Yekhmanpora who was later called for questioning.
After thorough interrogation, the accused confessed that he along with two accomplices namely Shahin Ahmed Taknoo Son of Gh. Ahmad Taknoo from Zaalpora Sumbal and Aijaz Ahmad Malla son of Gh. Mohammad Malla were involved. ]]>
