He further emphasized the role of unity and motivation in the dressing room. "The team is motivated, the players are mentally tough, the dressing room is cordial, and the players are enjoying. There is a good bonhomie in the group, and that is what makes the difference."

He further stated that one of the major reforms initiated by the JKCA was ending regional favouritism in selections. "We set the process in motion. One of the main things was the selection process—we made it very transparent, and we ensured that the best get selected, with no favouritism or regionalism. J&K cricket was marred with regionalism, so we stopped that."

Sonam, enthusiastic about her new venture, shared her thoughts on her character, Kiran. In a candid conversation, she revealed, "Kiran's tale revolves around a small village in Punjab, where she faces the challenges of belonging to a traditional family that restricts educational opportunities for girls."

Sonam elaborated on Kiran's determination and intelligence, stating, "Kiran defies societal norms and secretly educates herself, surpassing even her teachers and the school principal. Her aspirations extend to mastering the English language and harboring dreams of traveling to the moon."

Expressing her desire to create a positive impact on society, Sonam explained, "Through this role, I aim to shed light on the struggles faced by women like Kiran and their resolute spirit to achieve their dreams.
